Inner Work Retreat A: Enneagram 2.0
Requirement toward the Personal Mastery Program
This retreat offers an in-depth intensive experience of the three core instincts, the six instinctual sequences (the six possible ways in which the instincts can be “ordered”) and the twenty-seven subtype personalities. Through both group and individual work, video clips, and the latest teachings on the instincts and subtypes, we will learn about this important dimension of the Enneagram model. Within the context of a rich group setting, we will support each other in understanding the ways in which our dominant, secondary, and repressed instincts drive our behavior. We will also gain insight into how our instincts combine with our passions and our type patterns to structure our experience.
The exploration of the ways our personalities act out our instinctual biases and emotional and cognitive patterns will culminate in participants identifying specific growth challenges, working with them in-depth in real-time, and developing a plan for continuing inner work beyond the retreat.
This retreat will support and encourage you in doing powerful Enneagram-based inner work by providing the information, the experiences, the support, and the path to be able to intentionally rising above the habitual automatic reactivity of your personality.

Each day, students will meet 9am to 4pm Pacific Time via Zoom. There will be plenty of breaks throughout the day and lots of interactive and experiential learning.
Students should not plan to have any meetings, run errands, or take care of other obligations, as this will be a highly participatory event.
Students will receive packages in the event that the retreat takes place online. They should prepare to submit their mailing information in preparation for this.

Professional Workshop: Providing Effective Enneagram Solutions
Requirement toward Professional Certification
In this workshop, Beatrice Chestnut and Uranio Paes use a mix of interactive methodologies to teach participants key ways to integrate the Enneagram in doing effective work with clients. This workshop focuses on helping you develop greater facility with typing, assessment, and providing specific solutions to specific issues, so you can apply the Enneagram in your professional work for maximum, positive “outer impact” with your clients.

Inner Work Retreat B: The Transformational Enneagram
Requirement toward the Personal Mastery Program
Discover the transformative power of the Enneagram. This is a five-day retreat taught by Beatrice Chestnut and Uranio Paes. This retreat is designed to take students through a deeper study of themselves and exploration and application of central methods of deep personal change connected to the Enneagram.
This includes structured self-reflection on family of origin issues, work with the internal arrow line movements on the Enneagram mat, meditation techniques, the Gurdjieffian centers of intelligence system, practice learning in small groups, and teachings on the Enneagram Virtues and Holy Ideas.

Professional Workshop: Developing Powerful Enneagram Skills

This course provides a deep grounding in the Enneagram as an extraordinarily effective and inspiring client resource. It will equip you to make well-informed, skillful use of the Enneagram in your professional work with clients. Students will have ample breaks throughout the day. This workshop will enable you to:
Attune swiftly and deftly to the heart of what’s needed

Process Enneagram Levels of Awareness Model
An Introduction To The Vertical Dimension Of Type That Maps Your Individualized Growth Journey

The Enneagram is a much deeper transformational system when we consider the levels of awareness we go through as we self-develop. From the level at which personality is the most fixated to the highest-level spiritual experiences, we all go through different psycho-spiritual stations or levels as we do intentional self-development work. Beatrice Chestnut and Uranio Paes have created a highly detailed map of these different levels of awareness based on the Enneagram itself–applying it as a map of the process of human transformation. This model includes both what the general levels look like for all of us and the nine type-specific levels of work to be done by each type to advance up the levels.
Gurdjieff famously said that the Enneagram is a symbol of perpetual motion. This is why the “Chestnut Paes model of levels of awareness” is based on the Enneagram symbol itself. In this interpretation of the Enneagram as a “process map,” they draw on its profound meaning as a symbol of “unity in multiplicity” to describe a highly specific path of transformation for each type.
In this online workshop, we will introduce you to this map that can help you begin to see where you are on your path of self-development and how to chart your progress forward. By gaining a clearer understanding of the specific levels of awareness, based on the Enneagram symbol, you can locate the level where you are now and learn what practices and inner work you can do to advance—or accelerate—your movement toward achieving higher levels of awareness.
Bea and Uranio will explain the general nature of each level and then talk a little bit about what each of the 9 types needs to do at each of the levels to increase awareness. They will identify some of the exact psychological and spiritual “inner work” tasks to be done at each level. As a result, you will be able to not only understand your placement and what’s next for you but also see how you can identify the best inner work activities for you to dedicate time and energy to at every level.

Leveraging Enneagram Insights to Do Effective Inner Work

After people learn the basics about their Enneagram type, they often as, “what now?” “What can I do to apply the Enneagram in a way that helps me to grow and be more conscious?”
Join Enneagram experts Beatrice Chestnut and Uranio Paes as they address the question: “What do we need to consider when using the Enneagram to do conscious inner work that leads to real change?” Through a mix of lecture, group discussion, and small group activities Bea and Uranio will answer that question by exploring “9 keys to personal transformation” implicit in the Enneagram system.
Through taking you through a step-by-step process of how to approach the question of your own individual growth path, we will explore how we can map out a set of “things to do” to draw on Enneagram insights about our type and subtype to create our own individualized pathway to greater self-awareness, self-understanding, and wholeness.
